The Brainerd Lakes, MN 2024 Symposium for Metabolic Health hosted by LowCarbUSA^® at Cragun's Resort, September 21, 2024.  With the first-class location and our all-star lineup of speakers we are expecting many enthusiastic participants.  This will be a one day event on September 21 with an optional charity golf day at the spectacular Cragun's resort on Sunday the 22nd

The SMHP™ symposiums were conceived with the intent of exposing the medical community and the public to the science showing that a ketogenic or restricted carbohydrate diet can address many of the chronic diseases facing our society today and that for many, if not most, people it is the diet of choice to achieve optimum metabolic health.
