Amber O’Hearn started out many years ago on a keto diet to address a weight issue but after being initially successful she found herself putting weight on again.  In an effort to counter that she heard about the Carnivore diet (or the ZC – Zero Carb diet back then) and so she tried it with the idea that she would revert once she lost the weight again.  Not only did her weight normalise again, but she also noticed her depression and other psychiatric problems not only improved, but cleared up completely.  So instead of reverting to the ketogenic diet after her weight came back down, she has remained on the carnivore diet for about the last 10 years now and is absolutely thriving!
